ADLC design-partner pilot

Prove it on your team, before you commit.

We are taking a small number of design partners. You run GroundTruth on one real team for two weeks, in shadow mode, on your own data. We show you the drift it would have closed, the blockers it would have caught early, and the reports it writes, measured, not claimed. In exchange, we ask for your honest feedback and, if it earns it, a reference.

What you get

  • Connect source control + your tracker in an afternoon.
  • Two weeks of shadow-mode reconcile: every status GroundTruth would correct, with proof, and zero writes to your tracker.
  • A backlog acceptance-criteria scan: which tickets can't define "done", ranked.
  • A read-out: measured drift closed, blockers surfaced early, and the hours it would give a manager back.
  • Pilot fee credited toward an annual plan if you continue.

What we ask

  • One real team with active GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket work.
  • 30 minutes at the start and 30 at the read-out.
  • Candid feedback, including what's missing.
  • If it delivers, a reference or short case study (your call, and your approval on every word).

Your data is handled with care: no source code read or stored, least-privilege revocable access, encrypted and tenant-isolated, and shadow mode makes zero changes to your tracker.
